Return and exchange policy
There is no cancellation service for all orders. If the customer has placed the order and paid, and then requests to cancel the order, we will charge an administrative fee of $50.
Customers please count all the goods in person when receiving the goods.
If there is any quality problem after receiving the goods, please bring the valid documents to the store for return or exchange within 5 days after receiving the goods. Goods must be returned with original packaging.
Our company will not accept returns due to man-made damage, unsatisfactory condition, or improper storage by the customer after receipt.
An order can only be returned once.
Products with non-quality issues will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In case of any dispute, Homemade Dessert reserves the right of final decision.
